Shipping

We ship orders within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number.

CANADA:

Estimated arrival times:
Newfoundland & Labrador - 8 to 9 business days
The Maritimes - 3-5 business days
Quebec & Ontario - 2 to 4 business days
Prairies - 3 to 6 business days
British Columbia - 6 to 8 business days
Territories - up to 10 business days

UNITED STATES:

All orders are sent via Canada Post - Expedited International with tracking. It may take up to 10 days for orders to arrive.

Please note that any customs and/or duties are the buyers responsibility.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to create maps and map products you'll love. If for some reason it does not meet your expectations please contact us so we can find a happy solution.

How to initiate a return:
1. Please contact us if you'd like to return or exchange an item with details including the order number and reason for your return.
2. The item must be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Ship the item back to us. Once we have received it and determined it's in original condition, we'll process your return or exchange.

Discounted or sale items are final and not eligible for return.

Puzzles - To be eligible for exchange or return, puzzles must be unopened with shrink wrap intact.
Magnetic puzzles - to be eligible for exchange or return, magnetic puzzles must be in their original, shrink wrapped condition.
Paper maps - due to the fragile nature of paper maps they must be in original, salable condition in order to obtain a refund.  Please ensure it is carefully rolled, uncreased and replaced in original tube.

At this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
